Our Restaurant, nestled within the luxurious Bella Vista Hotel, is seeking passionate and personable Servers to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for creating memorable dining experiences, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be the heart of the front-of-house operation, ensuring our guests have a

flawless and delightful dining experience at our hotel Restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a friendly smile and professional demeanor, seating

them promptly and efficiently.

• Blush Expertise: Possess a thorough understanding of our menu, including appetizers,

entrees, desserts, and beverage offerings, confidently answering guest questions, and

providing recommendations to enhance their culinary journey.

• Order Accuracy: Take orders attentively and accurately, relaying them clearly to the

kitchen staff.

• Exceptional Service: Provide attentive, professional, and personalized service

throughout the dining experience, ensuring guests' needs are anticipated and exceeded.

• Restaurant Ambiance: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, contributing to a

warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to

ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience serving in a high-end restaurant environment.

• Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests from all

walks of life.

• Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize

effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

• Positive attitude, a team player mentality, and a willingness to learn.

• Nights & Weekends availability.
